Matthew Collins-Gibson

Matthew Collins-Gibson possesses extensive experience in philanthropy and development across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Philanthropy & Global Board Engagement at the International Rescue Committee since September 2021, Matthew also contributes as an Advisor at Clinic+O. Prior to these roles, Matthew held senior positions at Human Rights Watch, including Deputy Director and Managing Director of Development & Outreach from February 2016 to September 2021, after having served in multiple capacities, including Senior Director of Global Campaign, Director of Leadership Gifts and Planned Giving, and Associate Director of Leadership Gifts between 2006 and 2013. Matthew's earlier experience includes a role as Vice President at J.P. Morgan focusing on Legal Entity Risk Reporting and as Director of Development at Physicians for Human Rights.
