Sharon Blake

Sharon Blake has a strong background in clinical data management. Sharon has worked for various companies, including Clinilabs, ProSciento, Inc., GlycoMimetics, Chiltern, Go Mobile with Sharon, inVentiv Health Clinical, Cognizant Technology Solutions, inVentiv, GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, and NABI Biopharmaceuticals.

At Clinilabs, Sharon served as a Senior Clinical Data Manager and was responsible for completing training certifications, designing databases, programming edit checks, and creating CDM startup documents. Sharon also performed CDM responsibilities for phase 1 studies.

During their time at ProSciento, Inc., they continued to excel as a Senior Clinical Data Manager. Sharon'saccomplishments included completing training and programming a database, leading multiple phase I & II studies, and providing various CDM deliverables to sponsors and CTM Team.

At GlycoMimetics, Sharon served as a Clinical Data Manager, where they provided oversight and advice to the Clinical Trial Management team. Sharon also created CDM SOPs and managed and resolved data management issues.

As a Clinical Project Data Manager at Chiltern, they collaborated with sponsors and stakeholders to manage Data Management projects. Sharon followed CDISC compliance and assisted with SDTM dataset creation using SAS and programming macros.

Sharon also had experience as an Online Consultant at Go Mobile with Sharon, where they provided mobile marketing options to small businesses.

Other roles Sharon had included Clinical Data Manager at inVentiv Health Clinical, Study Project Lead at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Clinical Data Analyst at inVentiv, Systems Analyst at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, and Clinical Data Manager at NABI Biopharmaceuticals.

Sharon Blake began their education journey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from North Carolina Central University. Sharon completed their undergraduate studies from 1977 to 1982. After a gap of several years, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix. This program lasted from 2003 to 2005.

In 2019, Sharon enrolled at the University of Southern Indiana to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Data Analytics. As of now, it can be assumed that they are an MBA candidate, with an expected graduation date in 2020.
