Samik has over 12 years of commercial experience having worked in a variety of industries for companies across the Americas, Europe, sub-Saharan Africa and India. His areas of expertise are in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, operational transformation, and technology implementation. He holds an MBA from Yale University, an Adv. Dip. in Management Accounting from CIMA, and a bachelors degree in Engineering.
