Jessica Blair

Jessica Blair is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Director of Student Engagement, Retention & Residence Life, Adjunct Professor, and Academic Success Coach at Clinton College since August 2016. In these roles, Jessica aids students in developing educational career plans, maintains academic performance records, and fosters a supportive learning environment. Additionally, Jessica has excelled as the Head Women's Basketball Coach, overseeing all program aspects, including recruitment, coaching, and compliance with regulations, and successfully expanded the team from 7 to 17 players. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Math/Literacy Interventionist at Lebanon Elementary. Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in Higher Education Administration from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Morris College.
