Ryan Lai

Ryan Lai has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan began their career in 2010 as a Combat Signaler, Trainer & Operator in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), where they maintained communication and supported training for counter-terrorist operations. After their military service, Ryan worked as a Sales Specialist at Apple from 2016 to 2018, delivering exceptional customer service, providing technical support, and creating lasting customer relationships. In 2018, they joined Formstack as an Inside Sales Specialist. Ryan then worked at Ritual.co as an Account Executive from 2019 to 2020, and later as a Senior Account Executive from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Associate Account Executive until 2021. Ryan then worked at Drop as an Enterprise Account Executive from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they joined Wealthsimple as an Account Executive in 2022. Ryan is currently working as an Intermediate Customer Account Manager at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology.

Ryan Lai completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Global Management Systems from Ryerson University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Ryan also obtained additional certifications, specifically AWS Technical Proficiency from Amazon Web Services in March 2021 and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services in January 2021.
