The Role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to be part of this amazing and fast – growing Fintech. This candidate will work supporting the Financial Services team. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and detail oriented. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. She / He will be responsible for monitoring and track of lending & new initiatives schemes and ensure incomes are recorded properly.

What will I be doing?

1. Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services.

2. Manage and operate critical infrastructure on the AWS cloud platform.

3. Utilize Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.

4. Participate in the design and implementation of distributed systems.

5. Collaborate with engineers across the organization to deliver effective platform solutions.

6. Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

7. Proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks.

8. Document technical designs and processes.

9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Ideal Candidate

3+ years Software Engineering/Development of web services and scalable applications.

3+ years Software Architecture of web services and scalable applications.

Comprobable experience managing k8s Clusters.

Mature knowledge/experience with software development and desing distributed systems.

Strong experience with application development including automated testing.

Strong experience with highly scalable cloud-based technology and emerging infrastructure technologies such as containers, k8s, No-SQL databases, Queues, and more.

Ability to use tools and metrics to communicate and present information in an effective and compelling way.

Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology.
