David Villagran has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. David started their career in 2013 as a Protools operator at Televisa. In 2014, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst at CompuCom and later transitioned to the role of Service Desk Analyst 1.5 / Service Experience II. In 2017, they worked as a Service Desk Specialist at Computacenter. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Atos. In 2019, they joined Celanese as a Service Desk Analyst / Global Field Specialist, providing level 1 and 1.5 remote technical support for users located globally. The same year, they joined Clip as an Integrations Support Engineer and eventually became a Product Manager.

David Villagran completed their Bachelor's degree in Software Development Engineering from Universidad Abierta y a Distancia de México from the years 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Técnico en sistemas informáticos (Technical Degree in Computer Systems) from Centro de Capacitación DGTE between 2015 and 2017, specializing in Information Technology. Additionally, they earned certifications such as Product Management Foundations from Product Institute in April 2023, CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in April 2017, and CompTIA+ from CompTIA in April 2017.
