The Role:

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech. You will lead the ownership and management of a new financial core that directly supports our user’s financial ecosystem at Clip. You will lead, define, prioritize, build and deploy new products and features that directly impact our ability to serve our newest and fastest growing product lines. You will also own our back office tools and will prioritize with operating teams what’s the next big thing to build. You should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish and be willing to continue learning about the company.

What will I do?

  1. Define product vision with company leaders and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.

  2. Setting product roadmap, priorities, metrics, and lead product execution to launch category-defining solutions.

  3. Communicate, collaborate and prioritize with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and resources.

  4. Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to inform the team of new ideas and changing business priorities.

  5. Lead team to build world-class customer experiences that drive key business metrics.

  6. Create efficient processes that are highly complex underneath, yet will help enable a simple and elegant to use experience for less tech-savvy users.

  7. Establish culture and process for the team to focus on understanding and meeting customer needs through product usage metrics, customer feedback, and insights from the support teams.

  8. Implement best-in-class product development and management practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Experience in these areas is a plus: fintech, core banking and accounting systems, online payments, consumer/business web/mobile applications.

  2. Deep understanding of Data Analytics: competent SQL querying, pivot tables, A/B test significance, should be things you are familiar with.

  3. Knowledge of Agile product development methodologies.

  4. Comfortable with getting insights from sometimes incomplete data and metrics to support prioritizations & decisions.

  5. Excellent communication skills in a cross-border/language environment (often with remote team members).

  6. Ability to work collaboratively but also autonomously when needed.

  7. 5 - 7+ years Product Management.

  8. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or engineering field.
