Veena Viswanath

Veena Viswanath has over 18 years of professional experience in customer service, talent recruitment, and operations. Veena began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Manager of Operations at HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt Ltd, where they led and motivated a team of 15 Customer Service Representatives in voice and 30 in non-voice based processes. In 2011, they joined Gartner as an Analyst. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Appen as a Web Evaluator and at Analytic Edge Pvt. Ltd. as a Part-time Associate. In 2016, they joined Alexander Holdings-Bath Fitter (NY & NJ) as a Customer Focus (Remote), where they were responsible for sending out survey questions, calling customers for service feedback, and preparing daily and weekly call analysis reports. In 2018, they joined Invisible Technologies Inc. as a Partner and Internal Agent Hiring Associate, where they developed and executed recruiting plans for a fast-growing remote start-up company. Veena managed all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer. In 2022, they joined Clipboard Health as a Leadership Recruiter.

Veena Viswanath has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from St Francis Xavier Girls High School. Veena then went on to receive a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from MLA Academy of Higher Learning, 14th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore 03 from 1994 to 1997. In 2007, they obtained a SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 from SAS. In 2019, they received a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation.
