Romana Schuring

Romana Schuring has extensive work experience in human resources and customer service. Romana started their career as a Stagaire at Randstad in 2014 and then went on to work as a Student at Kutztown University. In 2015, they became an HR Stagiaire at Rabobank. Romana then worked as a Verkoopster at Bartoli from 2012 until 2016. During the same period, they also worked as a Stagiaire at Liander and as a Bartender at Club ruis haarlem. In 2016, they joined Banijay Benelux as a Human Resources professional and worked there until 2021. Romana then moved on to EY where they worked as an HR Assistant from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed as an HR Assistant at CLIQ Digital. Romana Schuring has demonstrated a strong background in HR and a range of skills in customer service roles throughout their career.

Romana Schuring graduated from Schoter Scholengemeenschap in 2012 with a Diploma in HAVO. Romana went on to pursue further education at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, in 2014 and 2015, Romana attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania for an undergraduate program in human resources.
