Lucas Becker

Lucas Becker has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy, software, automation, engineering, and manufacturing industries. Lucas is currently working as the Country Manager for Clir Renewables, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations in LATAM. Prior to this, Lucas worked at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where they held various roles including Digitalization Product Owner for Energy & Utilities and Energy & Utilities Market Development. Lucas also gained experience at Rockwell Automation as an OEM Sales Specialist and Competency & Demo Manager Trainee. Lucas started their career as an Automation Engineer Intern at Worley and worked as a Summer Trainee at Chem-Trend. Throughout their career, Lucas has demonstrated skills in sales, team management, market development, product development, simulation, manufacturing, quality, cost prediction, and automation.

Lucas Becker has a diverse education history with a strong focus on mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering. Lucas started their educational journey in 2007 at Etec Lauro Gomes, where they pursued a technical course in mechatronics. From 2010 to 2012, Lucas attended Faculdade de Tecnologia Termomecanica, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Mechatronics Technology, specializing in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering. Additionally, Lucas pursued a bachelor's degree in Automation and Control Engineering at Universidade Federal do ABC from 2010 to 2017, further deepening their knowledge in their field of interest.

Seeking international experiences, Lucas embarked on an academic exchange program at Technische Universität Dresden from 2013 to 2014, where they focused on electric engineering.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Lucas has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skill set. These include "NextGen Programm Design, Innovation, and Lead in Entrepreneurship" from Wadhwani Foundation in October 2021, "Shaping Work of the Future" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in August 2020, and "RenovaBR Cidades 2019" from RenovaBR in December 2019. These certifications demonstrate their dedication to continuous learning and their interest in innovation, leadership, and the future of work.
