Alyson Pope

Alyson Pope is a seasoned professional in library and information science, currently serving as Grants and Contracts Manager at the Council on Library and Information Resources since February 2021. In this role, Alyson collaborates with senior management and program staff to prepare grant proposals and reports, while also corresponding with contractors and grantees from various institutions. Additionally, Alyson has held various significant positions, including Dissertation Form & Style Reviewer at Union Institute & University and Head of User Services at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Previous experience includes roles at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Gumberg Library at Duquesne University, and College Prowler. Alyson holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
