Jack Fantham

Jack Fantham is a seasoned Senior User Researcher currently leading user research operations at Closed Loop Medicine since January 2022, contributing significantly to product design strategy in treatment optimization. Previously, Jack held the position of Senior User Researcher at BenevolentAI from January 2020 to January 2022, where project management and collaboration with diverse teams focused on AI-enhanced drug discovery were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes introducing user research operations at BenevolentAI as an Advanced User Researcher, and serving as a Senior Human Factors and User Research Consultant at Side Of A Hill from April 2017 to December 2019, specializing in biotech and education consultancy. Jack also worked as a Human Factors & Usability Consultant at PDD Innovation, supporting usability evaluations for medical devices, and holds an MSc in Ergonomics and a BSc in Psychology from Loughborough University and Keele University, respectively.
