Role Purpose

You will have previously built, led and mentored sales development functions and enjoy supporting people grow and flourish. You bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in sales development that our SDRs can learn from to develop their skills. You can measure and continually improve performance across the team to result in more sales opportunity for the business.

An experienced SDR Natural leader Loves sales and sales calling Enjoys managing, monitoring, and implementing processes Enjoys training and developing new and experienced SDRs Strong reporting skills Enjoys learning and promoting new technologies Organized and with an eye for detail

Desirable

Experience in managing processes and reporting in CRM SDR experience in the tech industry Social selling skills

Responsibilities

Line management responsibility for the SDR team Recruit, train and manage SDRs that can successfully develop at Cloud Direct Ensure your team meet their lead targets Ensure your team has, and uses, efficient and repeatable processes Ensuring your team understand and achieve output and outcome KPIs

Team responsibilities

Prospect leads from target account lists via phone, email and social Research target businesses, individuals and contact information Calling and social selling to cold, warm and hot leads Nurture leads with regular contact and information until they are ready for a sales appointment Book in a target number of sales appointments for the solution sales team. Lead management within CRM Recruit delegates to marketing events Develop and maintain relationship with Microsoft sales teams to encourage lead sharing Manage live-chat on the website Follow-up all in-bound sales enquiries
