Ted Aravinthan

Ted Aravinthan has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on cloud and digital transformation. Ted is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Cloud Kinetics, responsible for global sales, marketing, and alliances. Prior to this, they founded WyzeUp, a company that leverages digital and cloud technologies to support underserved communities, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ted has also served as an Entrepreneur In Residence (Consultant) at Cube Cloud, where they provided consulting services on hybrid and public cloud market segments. Ted has held various senior leadership positions at Dell Technologies, including General Manager and Sales Director for Cloud & Converged Systems, and General Manager and Sales Director for Modern Data Centre Business in the Asia South region.

Before joining Dell Technologies, Ted worked at Cisco, where they held several sales director roles, overseeing strategic enterprise accounts and services sales. Ted was responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and achieving significant growth within the ASEAN and APAC regions.

In addition, Ted has experience working at Symantec as a Program Director within the Office of the CIO, and at Veritas Technologies as a Regional IT Manager for the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Ted began their career at Alcatel Australia as a Product Line Manager, where they managed sales, pre-sales, and business unit operations.

Throughout their career, Ted Aravinthan has demonstrated a strong track record of driving business growth, leading teams, and implementing successful digital transformation strategies.

Ted Aravinthan completed their MBA in (Executive) Business at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2001 to 2005. Ted also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Queensland, which they acquired from 1992 to 1996.
