Ruchika Tiwari

Ruchika Tiwari is a seasoned user researcher currently serving as Principal User Researcher at Cloud Software Group, focusing on establishing research systems and processes. Previously, Ruchika held the position of UX Research Lead at Atlassian, where two key research programs enhanced customer understanding and acquisition, while also mentoring a team of researchers. As a Senior UX Researcher at Cisco, Ruchika innovated persona development and drove product strategy for CX Cloud. Other experiences include UX Researcher roles at Google and user experience positions at CommonFloor.com and Foley Designs, where Ruchika established research methodologies and contributed to impactful design solutions. Ruchika holds a postgraduate degree in Design For Retail Experience from the National Institute of Design and a bachelor's degree in Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India.
