Jason Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jason started their career at Finger Lakes Community College as an Audio Recording Tutor. Following that, they worked at cheribundi as a Production Team Member. Jason then transitioned to RadioShack as an Assistant Manager. After that, they joined Entercom Rochester as an Inside Sales Representative. In 2016, Jason became a Co-Owner, Engineer, and IT personnel at HQ Audio. In 2018, they joined CloudCheckr as an Account Development Representative, where they connected with national and international prospects, assessed their cloud management needs, and worked with Account Executives for product demos and POC. Jason also monitored the company's chat service. In 2020, Jason became a Senior Sales Development Representative at CloudCheckr, and in February 2021, they took on the role of a Customer Success Manager, where they trained and troubleshooted issues for customers and hosted webinars on new features.

Jason Thompson attended Finger Lakes Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Audio Recording Technologies. In addition to their formal education, Jason has also earned certifications such as the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020 and the Conversational Sales Certified certification from Drift in February 2020.
