Alison Whitfield (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alison currently works at CloudCoCo Plc, where they have held multiple roles. Starting in 2017, they served as the Customer Relationship Manager before transitioning to the role of Service Management Lead in October 2019. In June 2021, Alison moved into a people-oriented role as the Head of People, where they led the CloudCoCo People Proposition and managed important projects following major acquisitions. Since December 2022, they have taken up the position of Interim Head of Group Support.

Prior to CloudCoCo Plc, Alison worked at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from August 2012 to December 2016. There, they held the position of Team Manager and was responsible for managing teams involved in retention, sales, and complaint management.

Before HGS, Alison worked at Revolution Bars Group PLC as a Shift Manager from February 2009 to March 2012.

Their initial work experience was at Home Retail Group PLC, where they worked as a Contact Centre Advisor from February 2008 to September 2008. In this role, they handled customer orders, inquiries, and provided excellent telephone and customer service.

Throughout their career, Alison has demonstrated a commitment to continuous development, as evidenced by their completion of CIPD training while at CloudCoCo Plc. Alison brings a wealth of experience and skills, particularly in people management and customer service.

Alison Whitfield (Assoc CIPD) pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2008, they enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire and completed their BA(hons) in Sports Journalism in 2012. More recently, from 2021 to 2022, they attended ICS Learn and obtained a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management, specializing in Management.

Additionally, Alison also holds certifications in various fields. Alison obtained the ISO27001 Certified ISMS Foundation (CIS F) Certificate from IBITGQ in August 2022. Alison has also acquired the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, though the specific month and year of completion are unknown. Furthermore, they hold an ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Continual Service Improvement from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from QA Ltd, although the exact dates of completion for these certifications are also unknown.
