Björn Alm Mangell

Björn Alm is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Cloudera since April 2022, Björn also co-founded and acts as CTO for PropBot AB. Previous roles include Senior Frontend Developer at IBM, where contributions were made to the 'Carbon add-ons for Watson IoT' library, and Lead UI Developer at Atrio Inc. and RStor. Björn has a history of co-founding startups, notably as CTO at HUISenVIDEO and Spread the Brand, as well as managing full-stack development at Startbooker. Educational background includes studies at Uppsala University and the University of Amsterdam.
