Gustavo Bachion is the Senior Director of Pricing Strategy at Cloudflare. Gustavo has over fifteen years of experience in strategy, marketing, and pricing.

Gustavo began their career as a Sales and Marketing Engineer at Ticona. Gustavo then became a McKinsey-Unibanco Fellow at McKinsey & Company/Unibanco. After that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Itaú Unibanco. In 2012, they joined Simon-Kucher & Partners as a Director.

In 2019, Gustavo left Simon-Kucher & Partners to join DocuSign as their Pricing Strategy Director. Gustavo then left DocuSign in November 2020 to join Okta as their Sr. Director, Product Monetization and Market Strategy. Gustavo is currently still employed at Okta.

Gustavo has a wealth of experience in pricing / monetization strategy, pricing model and revenue/profit optimization, packaging and pricing, market entry strategy, go-to-market strategy, sales effectiveness, customer segmentation, and commercial policy. Gustavo has worked with clients across several industries such as technology (software/ SaaS and internet), financial services (fintech/banktech), consumer goods, and media.

Gustavo Bachion has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where they focused on strategy, decision sciences, and financial analysis. Gustavo also has a post-graduate degree in business management and marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, and a bachelor's degree in materials engineering from UFSCar - Alumni.
