Laura McCain

Laura McCain, MBA, CHFP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present day. Laura is currently working as the Director of Revenue Recovery at Cloudmed, an R1 company, where they have been since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Cloudmed, formerly Revint Solutions, as the Manager of Revenue Recovery from October to November 2020. From 2017 to 2020, Laura held the position of Manager of Revenue Recovery at Revint Solutions, formerly IMA Consulting, where they were responsible for overseeing the success of the Revenue Recovery service line. Before that, from 2010 to 2017, they held various roles at IMA Consulting, including Supervisor of Revenue Recovery, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Laura also has experience as a Financial Analyst at Corporation Service Company and as an Administrator at Thermofisher Scientific.

Laura McCain, MBA, CHFP completed their undergraduate education at Wilmington University from 2002 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Laura then pursued further education at the Wilmington University Graduate Center from 2008 to 2009, acquiring a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a similar emphasis on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Laura holds several certifications, including being an OKR Certified Coach from Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method (obtained in 2021), and certifications in Delivering Employee Feedback, Having Difficult Conversations, and Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews, all obtained through LinkedIn in 2020.
