Jason Smith has worked in the IT field since 2002, starting with a Technical Support Specialist role at the United States Air Force. Jason then worked as a Data Entry Specialist and Helpdesk Technician/Desktop Support for the same organization. In 2008, they began working for TEKsystems as an Edvantage Service and Support technician, and also for General Dynamics Information Technology as a Deskside Server Management technician. In 2013, they joined Infinigence L.L.C. as a Tier II Technician/Account Manager. In 2015, they began working at TAB Computer Systems, Inc. as a Helpdesk Technician and Field Technician/Allworx Server Engineer. Since 2022, they have been employed as a Managed Services Lead & Project Manager at Cloudsmart, Inc.
Jason Smith attended American Military University from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Management. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2005 to 2006, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Information Systems Technology.
