Camilla Briault

Camilla Briault is the Director of Governance, Compliance and Legal Services at The Open University, where they collaborate closely with the University Secretary to align professional services with strategic objectives. They have previously held roles such as Senior Regulatory Transition Manager at the Office for Students and Project Manager at the Higher Education Funding Council for England, focusing on regulatory frameworks and quality assessment in higher education. With a strong academic background in archaeology and social sciences, Camilla has taught and conducted research in various universities across the UK and USA. They hold a PhD in Aegean Bronze Age Archaeology from UCL, alongside an MA with distinction and a BA with first-class honors in Archaeology.
