Gene English

Gene English has had a long and distinguished career in the military and in the private sector. Gene began their career in the United States Air Force in 2000, where they held several positions including Meteorological Team Lead, Unit Deployment Manager, Executive Assistant, and various other positions. In 2021, they moved to RJ Miller Construction, where they served as Project Manager and was responsible for verifying that all necessary materials were ordered and tracked with complete accuracy in order to facilitate and streamline complex construction projects totaling over $1.2 million each. Gene was also able to enhance the on-time completion rate to 98% across all projects. Currently, Gene is employed at CloudWyze, Inc. as a Managed Services Project Coordinator.

Gene English has an educational background that spans from 2008 to 2022. Gene attended Mississippi State University from 2008 to 2010, studying Operational Meteorology. Gene then went on to obtain an Associate's degree in Meteorology from the Community College of the Air Force in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics at Oregon State University and is expected to graduate in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, Initiating and Planning Projects, and Managing Project Risks and Changes from UC Irvine.
