Kyle Lefelhoc

Vice President of Outside Plant at CloudWyze

Kyle Lefelhoc has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and business fields since 2002. Kyle began their career as an Engineer at North Penn Telephone, where they were responsible for managing projects, directing the Construction Division and Engineering Department, and building and executing the company's outside growth plans. In 2006, they became the General Manager of Woodhull Raceway, where they supervised track officials and concession staff, and was responsible for concession inventory, parts inventory, and sales. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Business and Financial Manager/Proprietor of Clinton County Raceway, where they managed staff and created employee schedules. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Elected School Board Member for the Southern Tioga School District, where they were responsible for approving revisions to school policies and procedures, reviewing and determining faculty changes, and recommending district-wide cost-cutting strategies. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Outside Plant Engineering Manager at Empire/North Penn Telephone/Empire Access, where they were the supervisor and director for outside plant activities, and was responsible for network development, PoP and cabinet design, department budgets, and acquiring project bids. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Engineering Manager at Blue Ridge Communications. Since 2016, they have been the Manager of Project Management and Solutions Implementation at Mapcom Systems, and since 2022 they have been the Vice President of Outside Plant at CloudWyze, Inc.

Kyle Lefelhoc obtained their B.S. in Business Management from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania between 2004 and 2007. In 2019, they obtained a certification from Dale Carnegie Training for The Dale Carnegie Course. In 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from TÜV SÜD.
