Fabricio Mora Salazar

Fabricio Mora Salazar is a highly experienced Senior Collaboration Engineer currently at Cloverhound since January 2024. Previously, at Axim from October 2021 to December 2023, Fabricio led the migration projects for Avaya Cloud Office and Ringcentral MVP, specializing in SIP endpoints and integrations. As a UC & Collaboration Escalation Engineer at TTEC from September 2019 to October 2021, Fabricio acted as the first point of contact for support operations and managed customer relations.
