Jane Morgan

Jane Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Jane currently serves as the Head of IT Strategy and Business Management at CLS Group, where they are responsible for developing IT strategy and aligning it with corporate objectives. Prior to this, they worked as the Office of the CIO - Strategic Transformation Lead and ePMO Strategy Lead at CLS Group, overseeing governance, risk management, and compliance.

Before joining CLS Group, Jane worked at British Airways as a Programme Manager, where they developed and implemented a change management approach for large-scale programs. At Equifax, they served as a Programme Manager, successfully delivering strategic initiatives across multiple locations. Jane also worked as a Project Management Consultant at Pcubed and as a Project Delivery Manager at British Gas.

Jane began their career by participating in the Centrica Graduate Scheme at Centrica. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project and program management, strategic planning, governance, and risk management.

Jane Morgan graduated from Lancaster University with a 2:1 Hons degree in BSc Business Studies. No specific start or end year was provided for this education.
