Tim Harris

Tim Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tim started their career as a Senior Consultant at Cassie Clowes Farrow in 1990 and later transitioned to the role of IT Manager at CASPE in 1991. In 1996, they joined Christiania Bank as an Electronic Banking Specialist, and in 1998, they became the Vice President of IT Systems at Swedbank, London Branch. Tim then joined Wells Fargo in 2006, where they held positions of Vice President, IT Manager, and Vice President, Operational Risk Consultant. During their time at Wells Fargo, they implemented various strategic initiatives to improve risk management processes. In 2014, Tim worked as an Audit, Risk & Compliance Manager at the Bank of England. Tim then moved to Metro Bank (UK) in 2016, where they served as an IT Risk Manager until 2019. Tim's most recent role is as an IT Risk Manager at CLS Group, where they have been since 2019. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in risk management, compliance, and audit processes, as well as a strong focus on IT systems and operations.

Tim Harris has a diverse education history. Tim obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington from 1985 to 1987. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the same university, completing it in 1989. In 1993, they obtained a Diploma in TEFL (Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor) from Teachers Training International.

Later on, Tim pursued further education and earned an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Electronic Commerce from the University of Liverpool, attending from 2000 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Tim Harris has also obtained various certifications. These include a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG-International, obtained in December 2013. Furthermore, they have completed courses in Data Visualization for Developers, Ethical Hacking: Malware Threats, and Ethical Hacking: SQL Injection, all from Pluralsight; however, the specific dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
