Vicky Chan

Vicky Chan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vicky is currently working as a Process Engineer in the Corporate Strategy & Development department at CLS Group since May 2023. Prior to this, Vicky held positions at HSBC, starting as a Manager in Global Wholesale Process Engineering from February 2020 to January 2022, and later transitioning to a Senior Manager role in the same department from January 2022 to January 2023. Before HSBC, they worked at EY as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services Advisory from September 2018 to February 2020, and as a Consultant in the same department from September 2016 to September 2018. During their time at EY, Vicky gained experience in project management, business analysis, and worked on various client projects related to Brexit strategy, payments architecture, banking controls, and business process optimization. Prior to their professional career, Vicky held positions as Bar Staff Supervisor at UCLU from September 2013 to September 2016, Student's RFU Media Intern at Rugby Football Union from September 2014 to September 2015, Editorial Intern at The Huffington Post from June 2014 to September 2014, and Sports Editor at The London Tab from July 2013 to August 2014.

Vicky Chan obtained a CIMA Certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Vicky completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management from UCL. Vicky's undergraduate degree, a BASc, was also completed at UCL from 2012 to 2015 with a focus on Arts & Sciences.

In addition to Vicky's academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications. In August 2022, Vicky obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from BQF. In June 2021, Vicky became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance. Additionally, in January 2021, Vicky received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from BQF.
