Hayk Milkon

Hayk Milkon has a diverse work experience in the field of football coaching. Hayk began their career as a trainer and teacher at Progress Sports vzw, where they conducted coaching clinics and coach education sessions both nationally and internationally. Hayk also worked as a guest coach and teacher at Progress Sports, providing training to trainers in St. Lucia and Dominica.

Milkon went on to work at various clubs and organizations, including Royal Antwerp FC, Club Brugge, KVW Zaventem, KFC Turnhout, YR KV Mechelen, and the Royal Belgian Football Association. At these clubs, they held roles such as head coach, assistant coach, talent scout, and head coach for various age groups.

Currently, Milkon is serving as the head coach of the U18 team at Club Brugge. Hayk has also previously held positions as the head coach of Club NXT U23 at Club Brugge and the head coach of the U15 team and Technical Coordinator for U8-U12 teams at KAA Gent.

Throughout their career, Milkon has gained extensive experience in coaching and developing young players, as well as organizing and conducting coaching clinics and coach education programs.

From 2023 to 2024, Hayk Milkon pursued the UEFA-PRO License at UEFA-PRO Candidate '23-'24.

From 2014 to 2016, Hayk Milkon attended UEFA-A Magna Cum Laude, where they obtained UEFA-A & UEFA Youth Elite A Diploma with a field of study in Football.

In 2014 and 2015, Hayk Milkon studied at Bloso/VTS and earned UEFA A Elite Youth Degree in Football.

In 2014, Hayk Milkon participated in a clinic on Football Periodization at the World Football Academy.

From 2013 to 2014, Hayk Milkon completed the Functional Fitness Coach for Football program at Act2Prevent.

During the same period, Hayk Milkon also obtained EQF Level 4 as a Personal Trainer from NASM.

In 2011 and 2012, Hayk Milkon pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Sciences (LO&Bewegingswetenschappen) at KU Leuven.

From 2009 to 2011, Hayk Milkon completed their Algemeen Secundair Onderwijs (General Secondary Education) in Economics & Languages at Koninklijk Lyceum Antwerpen.

Between 2006 and 2009, Hayk Milkon completed their Algemeen Secundair Onderwijs (General Secondary Education) in Economics & Languages at De Dames (IDCO).
