Prince-Junior Musombo has a diverse work experience in the field of football. Prince-Junior has worked as the Head of Talent Development at Club Brugge since October 2023 and as the Chief Executive Officer/Founder of Next Generation Football Camp since June 2021. Prior to their current roles, Musombo was a Development Coach at KRC Genk from July 2017 to June 2023. Prince-Junior also has professional playing experience, having played for various football clubs including Arlesey Town Football Club from July 2015 to July 2016, St Albans City FC from July 2014 to July 2015, Barnet FC from July 2011 to July 2014, and Royale White Star Bruxelles from June 2009 to June 2011.

Prince-Junior Musombo attended UC Leuven-Limburg from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing. Prince-Junior then pursued further education at Hogeschool PXL from 2018 to 2021. At Hogeschool PXL, they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Additionally, Prince-Junior Musombo obtained certifications as a Trainer A from UEFA in August 2022 and as a Trainer B from UEFA in August 2019.
