Richard Smith

Richard Smith has extensive work experience in various roles related to manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, and technical support. Richard started their career at Nan Ya Plastics as an Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor in 1996 before moving on to Bose Corporation in 2000. At Bose, Richard held multiple positions including Manufacturing Engineer, Remanufacturing Engineering Supervisor, and Global Business Process Owner for Remanufacturing and Repair. Richard played a crucial role in implementing Lean principles, improving product servicing, and leading teams to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. In 2015, Richard joined Club Car as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Services, where they oversaw the integration of consumer supply chain and advanced manufacturing engineering.
