Jim Cardamone, CCM, CCE, has significant experience in the private club industry, currently serving as General Manager at Glen Oak Country Club since January 2014. Previously, Jim held general management roles at Northmoor Country Club and Rolling Green Country Club, as well as an assistant manager position at Conway Farms Golf Club. In addition to managerial expertise, Jim is an active member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), having served as President of the Greater Chicago Chapter in both 2011 and 2021. Jim earned a degree in Hospitality Business, specializing in Private Club, Hotel, and Restaurant Management from Michigan State University, following education at Hopkins High School.

The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) is the largest professional association for managers of membership clubs with 6,800 members throughout the US and internationally. Founded in 1927 as the Club Managers Association of America, the name was changed in 2018 to better reflect the composition of CMAA’s membership. CMAA’s members contribute to the success of more than 2,500 country, golf, athletic, city, faculty, military, town, and yacht clubs.
