Alexandra Sonnenwirth

Alexandra Sonnenwirth has a strong background in consulting and actuarial analysis. Alexandra worked at Club Vita as a Director of Client Delivery starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant and later a Consultant in Investment and Risk at LifeWorks from March 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at Mercer as an Associate in the Financial Strategy Group from November 2019 to February 2021. Alexandra also has experience at LifeWorks as an Associate Consultant in Asset and Risk Management, where they conducted actuarial and administrative calculations and prepared reports for clients. Alexandra also worked as a Senior Analyst in Retirement Consulting, where they collaborated in actuarial and accounting valuations and performed various calculations. Earlier in their career, Alexandra worked as an Actuarial Analyst in Retirement Consulting and Retirement Systems Implementation, specializing in pension plan implementation, divorce calculations, and flex benefits.

Alexandra Sonnenwirth attended Marianopolis College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Commerce and International Studies. Alexandra then attended the Université du Québec à Montréal from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree. In addition to their formal education, Alexandra has obtained several certifications, including the APC certification from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and exams FM/2, MFE/3F, and P/1 from the Society of Actuaries. Alexandra has also completed the FAP modules, VEE certifications in Applied Statistical Methods, Corporate Finance, and Economics from the Society of Actuaries. Alexandra is also certified as a Heart and Stroke Foundation Instructor.
