Mia Kim has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mia started their career as a Customer Support Coordinator at IntelligenceBank in September 2020, where they provided online support and assisted with client implementations. Mia then transitioned to the role of Customer Support & Implementation Specialist in May 2021, where they continued to provide support, built landing pages, and collaborated with teammates on long-term projects. In 2023, they joined Clubspeed as a Support Engineer. Prior to these roles, Mia worked as a Freelance Illustrator from July 2013 to May 2021, where they designed products, handled accounting and budgets, and sold directly to event attendees. Mia also worked as a Tutor at My learning Place in 2019, assisting students with homework and creating lesson plans. In 2019, they were a Programming Intern at Wags Sports, where they implemented game components through Unity and designed assets for the UI. Mia's early experience includes roles at the University of San Diego, where they served as an Information Technology Services Student Administration Lead and an Information Technology Services Help Desk Student Technician, handling tasks such as documenting office policies, managing workflows, providing customer service, and performing hardware repairs.

Mia Kim completed their high school education at Cornelia Connelly High School from 2011 to 2015. After that, they attended the University of San Diego from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a B.A. degree in Computer Science and a minor in Marketing.
