Paweł Kocik

Paweł Kocik has a varied work experience spanning several industries. Paweł started their career in 2004 as an intern at Orange. In 2005, they worked as a Junior Software Developer at Psiloc before moving on to Motorola in 2006, where they worked as a Test Developer. In 2007, they joined Halo Kwadrat as a Senior Support Engineer and also started working at VoiceWorks as a Project Manager/Senior Engineer. At VoiceWorks, they were responsible for coordinating telecommunications projects, providing support, and participating in various roles such as tester, developer, consultant, and coach. In 2012, they joined Cludo Contact Center, where they held various roles including Service Delivery Director, overseeing project management, support team management, and change management. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer at Cludo Contact Center.

Paweł Kocik's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Radiocommunication Systems and Services from Gdańsk University of Technology, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006. Paweł is currently pursuing an MBA at Kozminski University, with a expected completion in 2024.
