Who We Are Looking For

Growth Account Managers (AMs) are consultative advisors and product experts at Clutch, supporting our existing customers through analysis-driven guidance on maximizing their success with Clutch. Our most successful Account Managers are curious, self-motivated, coachable, and great team players. 

Responsibilities

  • Own Net Recurring Revenue within your book of business
  • Meet and/or exceed NRR quota
  • Maintain CRM hygiene standards 
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Serve as principal contact for a portfolio of service providers across industries managing requests, troubleshooting any issues, developing meaningful relationships, and supporting renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Increase customer investment in Clutch solutions by driving the renewal, upsell and cross-sales, and win-back processes from start to finish 
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to escalate any feedback and to meet the goals of and increase value for service providers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in a CRM system, dash-boarding/reporting is a plus!
  • High level of written, verbal, and video communication and interpersonal skills utilized to resolve and win customer situations
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to create new opportunities and connect challenges to solutions
  • Results-focused collaborator with ability to organize and prioritize multiple, competing client needs
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in a hyper growth team that makes a positive impact for both Clutch and our clients
  • Open to working hybrid work schedule in Washington, DC office
