Role Description

CLA’s are responsible for providing exemplary customer service to potential residents interested in our residential apartment offerings. From meeting and qualifying future renters to conducting apartment tours and assisting with the rental application process, your role is deeply focused on community building and conveying what it means to truly feel at home. Your mission is to curate an elevated experience for future residents and remove the stress of traditional apartment hunting. This role is best suited for an individual with a passion for sales who understands and is dedicated to leveraging each component of the sales cycle to deliver exemplary results. You will be the external face of the CLV brand - extremely well versed and knowledgeable in our offerings, results driven, and invested in learning about the industry and spotting opportunities for growth. With every future resident interaction, you will have the chance to guide the future of CLV Group’s rental communities.

Responsibilities:

In addition to the expectations of a Leasing Agent, in this role you will also: 

· Record all relevant information accurately for business decisions.

· Utilize knowledge of the community and market to confidently service future residents.

· Expand industry knowledge and conduct competitive analysis to enhance offerings.

· Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, capturing information efficiently.

· Qualify leads and provide information to convert them into tours.

· Schedule and manage tour efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills.

· Prequalify future residents and match their needs with our product offerings.

· Conduct informative, enjoyable, and personalized tours resulting in new leases.

· Build rapport and trust with future residents, ensuring strong follow-up.

· Build brand awareness through corporate programs, community networking, and social platforms.

· Encourage positive community reviews and support business development projects.

· Assist with future resident move-in experience and support other sales team members.

· Deliver renewal and retention programming.

Leadership/Community:

· Create lasting, positive experiences for future residents and shape brand perception.

· Present ideas and contribute positively to company culture.

· Learn about the community, build contacts, and organize resident events.

Administration:

· Maintain accurate CRM data entry and collect resident documentation and payments.

· Ensure application procedures are followed and maintain accurate records.

· Demonstrate knowledge of tenancy law and track and close payments.

· Prepare and issue notices to residents for prospect tours and assist with inquiries.

· Demonstrate knowledge of tenancy law and track and close payments.

Operations:

· Complete regular unit inspections and assist with rent payments and resident inquiries.

· Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

· Proven sales success and exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Strong listening skills and attention to detail

· Adaptability, time management, and ability to think on your feet.

· High productivity and competency in the sales cycle

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM experience preferred.

· Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.

Work Conditions:

· Full-time hours with rotating schedules including weekends and evenings.

· Vehicle required with a clean driver’s abstract.

· Business professional attire.
