Chef Siraaj Jackson

Chef Siraaj Jackson is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Clyde's Restaurant Group since October 2019 and as Chef De Cuisine at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants since January 2018. Siraaj is also the Owner of Fresco Culinary Service Group LLC, which offers a range of culinary services, including personal chefs, catering, and menu planning. Previous positions include Sous Chef roles at Lucky Strike Entertainment, Dakota and The District, and Embassy Suites Atlanta Galleria, as well as Chef de Partie at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Siraaj's culinary journey began at Season's 52 - Darden Restaurants, where noteworthy achievements included receiving an "Iron Chef" award. Siraaj holds an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes and has diverse educational background in information systems management.
