Alex Holland

Alex Holland serves as the Group Talent & Development Director at BMI Group, responsible for strategic direction and key processes impacting 9,500 employees across 40 countries. Previously, Alex held roles at Unispace as a Learning Consultant, and at Rolls-Royce as Interim Head of Talent and D&I. At RS Components, Alex led the talent and development function for a global workforce of 6,000 employees. A significant tenure was spent at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Alex advanced through various leadership roles, including leading global management programmes and enhancing management capabilities for 140,000 employees. Earlier experiences include senior positions at Citi and a project management role at Banyule City Council. Alex possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing a MiniMBA.
