Karina Stela

Karina Stela is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as Group Talent & Development Director and Human Resources Director at Verisure since August 2017, Karina has previously held significant roles such as Change Management Lead for the Latam Region and Human Resources Director at Pfizer from November 2004 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Lead at SMU S.A. and various recruitment roles at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Karina holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Frontera, earned between 1991 and 1996.
