Francis Crandall

Francis Crandall is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in various roles over several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at CMA Consulting since July 2007, Francis manages the creation and configuration of LMSnet websites within a load-balanced environment and leads technical implementations for the Texas Department of State Health Services.
