Yves Desrochers

Yves Desrochers is an experienced engineering professional with a background in manufacturing and product introduction. Currently serving as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Esterline CMC Electronics since April 2009, Yves has also held roles as Team Leader Manufacturing Eng Manager and Project Engineer for cockpit systems, focusing on the introduction of new cockpits into production. Prior experience includes working as an NPI Engineer at Triton Electronik, where responsibilities encompassed the introduction of new products, enhancement of the NPI process, and collaboration with design teams to improve manufacturability. Yves has also worked as a Process Engineer at Flextronics and Nortel Networks between 1996 and 2008. Yves holds a degree from École de technologie supérieure.
