Chiara Loss

Chiara Loss has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Chiara currently works at CMR Surgical as the Head of People for Europe and Americas. Prior to that, they worked at Amplifon as the Head of HR for UK and Ireland. Chiara also served as the Global Talent and Learning Manager and the Italy Organizational Development and Back Office HR Manager at Amplifon. Earlier in their career, they worked at Luxottica Group Spa in roles such as Wholesale Germany, Austria, and Switzerland HR Manager, Global Compensation and International Mobility Manager, Global Retail HR Business Partner, and Global Compensation & Organizational Development Specialist.

Chiara Loss completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Modern Foreign Languages at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2005 to 2008. Chiara then participated in the Erasmus Program at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Business Administration and Modern Foreign Languages. In 2009 to 2010, Chiara took part in the Overseas Exchange Program at the University of Mary Washington, focusing on Business Administration. Chiara further pursued their education at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Management from 2008 to 2010. Chiara then attended POLIMI Graduate School of Management from 2016 to 2018, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management. Most recently, they have enrolled in a Master of Science (MSc) program in Psychology at Northumbria University, which started in 2021 and is expected to end in 2023.
