Suchita Kalele

Suchita Kalele has extensive experience in HR roles, with a focus on transformation and change management. Suchita currently serves as the Head of People in the AMEA region at CMR Surgical. Prior to this, they were the Director and HR Head for the Indian Subcontinent at Philips Domestic Appliances, where they led an HR team across various functions. Suchita also worked as an HRBP for Personal Health at Philips, leading the divestment of the business in India. Earlier in their career, Suchita held HR positions at Preethi Kitchen Appliances, Philips Health Systems, and Tata Consultancy Services. Suchita has a strong background in driving HR strategy, talent management, and leadership development.

Suchita Kalele has an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Suchita also holds a B.E in Electronics and Telecommunication from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering & Technology, completed from 2003 to 2007. Suchita completed their HSC in Science from Thomas Baptista Junior College from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their SSC from Carmelite Convent English High School from 1989 to 2001. Suchita has also obtained several certifications including CII from the Confederation of Indian Industry in 2019, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Indian Statistical Institute in 2011, and various technology certifications from Microsoft and Oracle University. Suchita has also obtained an MBTI Certification from CPP.
