Krishna Bhagavathula serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at the National Basketball Association since September 2017, and is also a member of the Board of Directors at Props as well as a founding member of the CNBC Technology Executive Council. With a robust background in technology leadership, Krishna held the Chief Technology Officer position at NBC News Digital from 2013 to 2017, overseeing various digital brands and technological functions. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at WebMD, Senior Manager at BearingPoint, and Senior Consultant roles at IBM and PwC, where expertise in software engineering and business analysis was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University.
