Steve Lewis

Steve was named CNF Technologies’ COO in June 2022. He is recognized for establishing, growing, and managing top performing cyber and intelligence teams. Steve leads business development and capture management to consistently exceed company goals across ever-evolving business and market environments. He provides innovation, adaptability, and critical thinking against all government requirements, through customized research and development, integration, and operation of full-spectrum cyber capabilities.

Steve joined CNF in 2018 as the Director of Operations to manage several newly awarded contracts and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Operations in October 2020. He’s has been directly involved with defense and intelligence agencies for over 30 years with a focus on operations, business development, acquisition, program management and national security planning.

Prior to CNF, Steve held other position including Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and General Manager at other companies within the industry. He is a retired Naval Cryptologic Officer (1610) with over 22 years of honorable active-duty service. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information systems from Oregon State University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
