Previously, Feroz worked as a Senior Executive at Aegis Limited, where Feroz was responsible for handling DND and taking action against telemarketers. Feroz also served as a Digital Service Specialist at iYogi, providing effective resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Feroz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Indira Gandhi National Open University, as well as a 12th degree in Business Studies from NIOS.
