Julio Domingo Souto

Julio Domingo Souto serves as the Director General de Fundación MAPFRE since September 2015 and holds various significant positions including Vocal del Patronato at Fundación ProCNIC, Vocal de Patronato y de la Comisión Delegada at CNIC, and Miembro de la Junta Directiva at Asociación Española de Fundaciones, all since December 2015. Souto's previous experience includes serving as Presidente Ejecutivo de MAPFRE La Seguridad de Venezuela and Vicepresidente Directorio MAPFRE BHD in the Dominican Republic from 2012 to 2015, as well as holding roles such as Presidente at CAMACOES in Chile from 2011 to 2012 and Presidente y Gerente General of MAPFRE CHILE from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Souto was the Director Técnico of MAPFRE TEPEYAC in Mexico from 2005 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad de Alcalá (2003-2004).
