Vanessa Silva

Vanessa Silva is an experienced baker and pastry chef with a robust career spanning over 20 years in the culinary industry. Currently employed at Co-op since August 2020, Vanessa previously held key positions at various prestigious establishments including ETM Group London and Sofitel London St James, where skills in pastry creation were honed as a pastry chef. Earlier roles include pastry chef positions at Number 5 Cavendish Square and 40/30 Restaurant and Bar, among others. Vanessa's culinary education includes an NVQ Level 3 in Advanced Patisserie and Confectionary from Westminster College, a Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English from Oxford College of English, and a degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Escola SENAI Francisco Matarazzo.
